Post-Onboarding Device Recovery — When an onboarded device is offline, its local WebUI provisioning page becomes editable so you can recover connectivity (Management VLAN, uplink port, IP addressing, DNS) without a factory reset or re-onboarding. A Management VLAN mismatch on reconnect places the device in a Suspended state with an Incompatible device management VLAN alert.
