Retry Software Update—When devices fail to update, retry the installation on demand from the Software page (Devices Software card → Retry Installation) instead of waiting for the next maintenance window. |

Service Outage Notification - User will service an email notification when service status changes from outage to operational. |
Post-Onboarding Device Recovery — When an onboarded device is offline, its local WebUI provisioning page becomes editable so you can recover connectivity (Management VLAN, uplink port, IP addressing, DNS) without a factory reset or re-onboarding. A Management VLAN mismatch on reconnect places the device in a Suspended state with an Incompatible device management VLAN alert. |
