Power Usage
The Power Usage page allows to you to view a 24-hour view of PoE power consumption and related events. The graph displays historical usage alongside event indicators, with interactive features such as tool tips on hover, detailed information on selection, and horizontal scrolling for navigation across the full day.
- The Power Usage graph displays historical data over the past 24 hours for clients using PoE.
- Each data point includes a tooltip with detailed information and a list of clients consuming PoE at that specific time.
- The vertical axis represents the power budget of the Instant On PoE device, while the horizontal axis represents the corresponding timestamps.
- The graph line indicates usage in green under normal conditions and shifts to yellow when consumption exceeds 80% of the available power.
To search for a device, under Search Powered Clients and Devices search bar, enter the name, and select the device from the drop-down list.
A View Power Events link has been added under the Health > Events page, allowing you to view a consolidated list of all relevant power events. This enhancement enables quick navigation and ensures that all relevant power events are accessible in one consolidated location, improving visibility and ease of monitoring.
