Analyzing Application Usage

An application is a program or group of programs that allows end users to perform specific tasks or activities on devices such as computers and smartphones. Instant On provides daily usage data for the different types of applications and websites accessed by clients in the network.

The Aruba Instant On solution classifies the traffic into a large number of categories, to reduce the complexity of the feature in the Aruba Instant On solution. These large number of categories are grouped into one main category based on their classification.
