HPE Networking North America Reseller Partners may sell HPE Networking products and services for any price they choose but may not display in any print or online advertising or websites at a price below the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP). Violation of HPE Networking’s MAP policy is a breach of contract and may result in termination of a resellers HPE Networking partner agreement and other repercussions associated with breach of contract. Furthermore, sellers that violate HPE Networking’s MAP policy may lose access to special promotional pricing and / or become ineligible to purchase HPE Networking products from HPE Networking authorized distributors.
MAP pricing levels may be revised by HPE Networking at any time without advanced notice.
